Michelle Rule, seasoned agent with half a decade of experience in the industry, joined Engel & Völkers Atlanta North Fulton as a Sales Advisor early 2019 and now sits as a Founding Member of Engel & Völkers Atlanta’s North Atlanta office. Originally mentored by her mother with over 25 years’ experience in the industry and now showcasing a specialization in new home sales, Michelle has spent her time in the industry over the past four years wisely by cultivating relationships with builders, developers, investors, and vendors, all for her clients’ benefit. “I wanted to work for E&V because of their impeccable reputation,” says Michelle. “They set a standard in home buying that is second to none, and I wanted to be a part of such a prestigious brand that values community like I do.”
Prior to obtaining her real estate license, she was a travel agent, affording her a breadth of exposure to a diverse range of clientele. As a travel agent, her primary role was working with corporate travel arrangements, and early on, she quickly learned the importance of customer service and being an active listener.
Originally born in Houston, TX, and raised in Roswell, GA, Michelle now currently resides in Canton, and has for the past 20+ years, affording her extensive experience in her home town and surrounding neighborhoods. She attended the University of Georgia, and while there, she was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority. In her spare time, Michelle volunteers at children’s schools and enjoys tennis and traveling. In addition, she enjoys time with her husband and her seven kids.

The thing I most enjoy about being in real estate is the opportunity to help others. Being a real estate advisor has given me the privilege of assisting people find their dream home.
When I began my journey in real estate, I was fortunate to get into new construction. The building process is quite remarkable. I have met and worked with some amazing people.
Mentor
When asked if I have a mentor and role model, the first person that came to mind was my mom. My mom has been in the real estate industry for 25+ years. She has helped many people with their dreams of homeownership. I've been fortunate enough for her to share her experience and knowledge with me.

I love cheering on my children in all their activities. I also enjoy traveling and tennis.
